Company Profile

Aqdih Law Firm for Legal Consultancy and Arbitration

Your legal partner in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

The firm devotes particular attention to matters of a contractual and project-based nature, most notably contracting and construction projects, real estate development, investment projects, and joint ventures and commercial alliances, alongside its experience in construction, real estate and commercial disputes, companies and investments, estates, awqaf (endowments), labour and arbitration, among others.

The firm's practice is not confined to addressing disputes after they arise; it extends to legal prevention, risk management, drafting and reviewing contracts, and supporting projects through their various stages, with the aim of protecting the client's interests and limiting the likelihood of disputes and their consequences.

Our Methodology

The firm's methodology rests on four core principles.

  1. Understanding

Understanding the nature of the client's activity, the project, the contractual relationship and the commercial objective before giving an opinion or taking any legal step.

  2. Prevention

Identifying legal and contractual risks at an early stage and working to reduce them before they turn into a dispute.

  3. Resolution

Providing practical legal solutions that take account of the client's interests and commercial objectives, not limited to the regulatory aspect of the matter.

  4. Protection

Protecting the client's rights through proper documentation, precise drafting, management of claims and correspondence, and continuous legal follow-up.

In providing advice, the firm relies on studying the legal question in its practical context, so that the opinion is not confined to stating the regulatory position but includes — where required — an assessment of the available options, the risks attaching to each option, and a recommendation of the course most suited to the client's interest.

The firm is also careful to ensure that its advice is capable of practical application and takes account of the nature of the client's activity, its commercial objectives, and the legal and practical consequences of each option.
